Joanne Webb, MSN CEO, Partner Joanne Webb is the Chief Executive Officer of JATA. Prior to becoming CEO, Joanne served as the Vice President of Clinical Consulting providing leadership and training for CMS compliance and clinical documentation to JATA clients. Joanne has over 16 years of critical care experience in ICU, Surgery, and Emergency Department settings. She has been with JATA since 1998.	Gary Hullquist, MD VP of Development, Partner Gary Hullquist has over 20 years experience in the Emergency Department and Family Practice plus 14 years of experience in pioneering innovative technology applications that support severity adjusted documentation protocols. He also provides educational seminars for hospital medical staff and physician office compliance record reviews. Gary has been with JATA since 1992.
Don Leeper VP of Technology, Partner Don Leeper has been with JATA since 1994. He has extensive CPT Documentation and coding expertise and over 12 years of experience in software engineering, systems analysis, and project management for medical applications.	Paul Weygandt, MD, JD, MPH, MBA, CPE, CCS VP of Physician Services, Partner Paul Weygandt is a Certified Physician Executive (CPE) who brings over 20 years of combined experience in medical management, legal counsel, and orthopedic surgery and has served as a hospital Vice President of Medical Affairs, improving documentation across all DRG payers. Dr. Weygandt has been with JATA since 2004.
Jeff Cochran, BSN, RN VP of Clinical Operations Jeff Cochran is a registered nurse professional with 15 years of experience as a clinician and in nursing management. Jeff has been with JATA since 2000 and was named VP of Clinical Operations in June 2009.	Mel Tully, MSN, CCDS Senior VP of Clinical Services and Education Mel Tully has extensive experience in multiple healthcare arenas as a provider, clinical manager in a large academic facility, and as an expert in clinical documentation improvement (CDI). She has played an important role in the development and expansion of advanced CDI for the past thirteen years. She is recognized for her expertise, vision, and promotion of CDI. Mel is a recognized national speaker for compliance, clinical documentation, and the Hospital Quality Initiative.
Doreen Ireland, RN, MA VP of Clinical Consulting Doreen Ireland has been with J.A. Thomas & Associates since 1996. She has 25+ years of nursing experience and has performed various roles during her time at JATA including healthcare consultant and Director of Clinical Consulting.	Amy S. Leopard, JD, MHA Amy Leopard is a partner in the Healthcare practice at Bradley, Arant, Boult, and Cummings, LLP. She advises hospitals, physician organizations and healthcare consultants on complex legal and regulatory issues including fraud and abuse, reimbursement, corporate compliance, HIPAA, licensing, and structuring transactions between healthcare providers. Amy also teaches advanced health law course at the Case Western Reserve University Law School and co-authored several chapters in the Matthew Bender Health Care Compliance Manual. Amy is listed in “Best Lawyers in America” for healthcare law, 2006-2008.
Allyson Davis VP of Business Development Allyson has 20+ years experience in Healthcare. She brings a unique combination of clinical experience (hospital acute care and physician practice clinical manager), expertise in Project Management, and Business Development across multiple healthcare industries including consulting services to assist hospitals with documentation improvement and ICD-10 preparedness and technology services to include HIE. Allyson is a member of the GA Chapter of HFMA.	Nancy Lawrence VP of Finance Nancy Lawrence has over 30 years of finance experience in Healthcare and Manufacturing. Nancy has been with JATA since 2000.
