Joanne has over 16 years of critical care experience in ICU, Surgery, and Emergency Department settings. She has been with JATA since 1998.

Amy S. Leopard, JD, MHA
Amy Leopard is a partner in the Healthcare practice at Bradley, Arant, Boult, and Cummings, LLP. She advises hospitals, physician organizations and healthcare consultants on complex legal and regulatory issues including fraud and abuse, reimbursement, corporate compliance, HIPAA, licensing, and structuring transactions between healthcare providers. Amy also teaches advanced health law course at the Case Western Reserve University Law School and co-authored several chapters in the Matthew Bender Health Care Compliance Manual.
