Registration Information and Details

We are excited to inform you that for 2008, we have scheduled CDMP® JATA Classrooms on monthly basis rather than quarterly. This class is designed exclusively for our clients and is excellent preparation for new members of your team in the fundamentals of CDMP® and will include strategies related to the recent changes.

Class participants will experience an intensive four and one-half day education program regarding JATA's 400(+) documentation techniques, coding guidelines, Coding Clinic references and clinical scenarios, all designed to improve clinical documentation in the medical record.

There are two ways to participate in this session:

  • Join the classroom session in-person at our office in Smyrna, Georgia
  • Via live WebEx broadcast

Since we will be providing CDMP® JATA Classrooms on a monthly basis rather than quarterly, we have established the following guidelines in order to improve the efficiency of the process:

  • Each Classroom will have a firm cut-off date for registration and individualized JATA Classroom Proposals will expire 3 weeks prior to the scheduled date of the session
  • Each participant must complete a Registration Form. This form along with information on the upcoming JATA Classrooms can be accessed from our website at www.jathomas.com
  • Upon completion of the training, participants will need to:
    • A. Survey/Evaluation Response immediately upon completion of classroom
    • B. Competency Assessment within four (4) weeks of completion of classroom

We are asking for your adherence to these deadlines, so that we can provide you with your CE Certificates promptly.
